Svirzh Castle, also known as the Svirzh Castle-Palace, is a medieval castle located in the Lviv Oblast of western Ukraine. The castle dates back to the 15th century and was originally built as a fortress to defend against Tatar raids.
The castle underwent extensive renovations in the 17th century, adding the palace complex, ramparts, and a moat. During the 19th century, the castle underwent further renovations in a neo-Gothic style.
