Teide is an active volcano located on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, Spain. It is the highest point in Spain, with a height of 3,718 meters (12,198 feet) above sea level. Teide is part of the Teide National Park, which was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2007.
