Castle Muskau, also known as Muskau Palace, is a historic castle located in the small town of Bad Muskau in the eastern German state of Saxony. The castle was originally constructed in the late 14th century as a fortress, but was later transformed into a Baroque palace in the 17th and 18th centuries. The castle is particularly notable for its well-preserved interiors, which feature elaborate stucco work, wood carvings, and frescoes.

The castle is surrounded by extensive gardens, which were also extensively renovated during the 19th century in the English landscape style. The park spans both sides of the Neisse River, which forms the border between Germany and Poland, and is notable for its numerous ponds, lakes, and waterways. The park is also home to a number of architectural features, including the Orangery, the New Castle, and several bridges and fountains.

Castle Muskau was the seat of the Prussian noble family of Puckler-Muskau, whose most famous member was the writer and landscape architect Hermann von Puckler-Muskau. After World War II, the castle was used as a hospital and later as a school. It was extensively restored in the 1990s and is now open to the public as a museum and cultural center. The Muskau Park, including the castle and gardens, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
