The National Gallery in Norway, or Nasjonalgalleriet in Norwegian, is an art museum located in Oslo, Norway. It was founded in 1842 and is part of the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design.

The museum's collection includes paintings, sculptures, drawings, and prints from the Middle Ages to the 1950s, with a focus on Norwegian and Nordic art. The museum's most significant collection is its Norwegian paintings, including works by artists such as Edvard Munch, Harriet Backer, and Christian Krohg.

The museum also has a significant collection of European art, including works by artists such as Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, and Auguste Rodin. Other notable works in the collection include sculptures by Gustav Vigeland and a large collection of prints and drawings.

The museum's building was designed by the Norwegian architect Heinrich Ernst Schirmer and was completed in 1848. It has undergone several renovations and expansions since then, with the most recent being completed in 2018. The museum is located near the Royal Palace in Oslo and is easily accessible by public transportation. Admission to the museum is free.
