The European Parliament building is located in Brussels, Belgium, and serves as the primary meeting place for the Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and their staff. It is one of the three official seats of the European Parliament, along with Strasbourg and Luxembourg, and houses the plenary chamber where the MEPs hold their debates and votes.

The building was originally constructed in the 1990s and underwent a major renovation in the 2000s to improve its functionality and energy efficiency. It is a large and modern complex that includes meeting rooms, offices, and facilities for visitors and media.

One of the most recognizable features of the building is its impressive hemicycle-shaped plenary chamber, which can seat up to 750 MEPs. The chamber is equipped with advanced technology, including interpretation booths for simultaneous translation into the 24 official languages of the European Union.

In addition to its role as a meeting place for MEPs, the European Parliament building is also a popular tourist attraction. Visitors can take guided tours of the facility and learn more about the history and function of the European Parliament, as well as the various policies and initiatives it oversees.
