The Duomo di Siracusa, also known as the Cathedral of Syracuse or the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Pillar, is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in the historic center of Syracuse, Sicily. The cathedral is dedicated to the Nativity of the Virgin Mary and has a long and complex history dating back to the fifth century.

The original cathedral on the site was built in the fifth century on the ruins of the Temple of Athena, which was destroyed during the Christianization of the city.
