The Anfiteatro Romano di Lecce, also known as the Roman Amphitheatre of Lecce, is an ancient Roman amphitheatre located in the city of Lecce, in the southern Italian region of Puglia. It is considered one of the most important and well-preserved examples of ancient Roman architecture in the region.

The amphitheatre was built during the 2nd century AD and could accommodate up to 15,000 spectators. It was mainly used for gladiatorial contests, wild beast hunts, and other public spectacles. The amphitheatre was abandoned during the 5th century and fell into disrepair over time. Its remains were rediscovered in the 20th century and underwent a major restoration in the 1990s.

Today, visitors can explore the amphitheatre and its various levels, which include a series of tunnels and underground passageways used to transport animals and gladiators. The seating area is composed of 23 tiers, arranged in a semicircle around the central arena. The amphitheatre is also used for modern-day events, such as concerts, theatrical performances, and festivals. It is a popular tourist attraction in Lecce and an important part of the city's cultural heritage.
