Sukhothai Historical Park is a large historical park located in Sukhothai, Thailand. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered one of the most important cultural and historical sites in Thailand. The park covers an area of over 70 square kilometers and contains the ruins of the ancient city of Sukhothai, which was the first capital of the Thai Kingdom from the 13th to the 14th century.

The park contains numerous temples, palaces, and monuments, including the famous Wat Mahathat, which is considered the largest and most important temple in Sukhothai. The temple features a large central chedi (stupa) surrounded by smaller chedis and numerous Buddha images. Another important temple in the park is Wat Si Chum, which features a large seated Buddha statue that is 15 meters tall.

The park also contains the remains of the ancient city walls, gates, and moats, as well as several palace ruins, including the Royal Palace, which was the residence of the kings of Sukhothai. The park also contains numerous ponds, lakes, and waterways, which were once used for irrigation and recreation.
