Sirao Flower Farm, also known as Sirao Flower Garden or the "Little Amsterdam" of Cebu, is a popular tourist destination located in Busay, Cebu City, Philippines. The flower farm was originally owned by a couple named Celso and Boyet, who were cultivating vegetables and other crops. However, they decided to plant celosia flowers after a Dutch tourist suggested the idea to them. The farm has since become a popular tourist attraction, attracting both local and foreign visitors who come to marvel at the beauty of the flowers.

Aside from the celosia flowers, visitors can also explore the surrounding hills and take in the stunning panoramic views of the city below. There are also various food and souvenir stalls available, where visitors can sample local delicacies and buy souvenirs to take home.
