The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization is a museum located in Cairo, Egypt. It was officially opened to the public in April 2021 and houses artifacts that showcase the history of Egypt from the prehistoric era to the modern era. The museum's permanent collection features over 50,000 artifacts, including mummies, pottery, textiles, coins, and religious artifacts.

One of the main highlights of the museum is the Tutankhamun Gallery, which displays the treasures found in the tomb of King Tutankhamun, including his famous golden mask. The gallery features replicas of the objects found in the tomb, as the original artifacts remain on display at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square.

Another notable exhibit in the museum is the Royal Mummies Hall, which displays the mummies of several ancient Egyptian kings and queens. The mummies are displayed in a darkened room to preserve them from light damage, and visitors can learn about the history and mythology surrounding each mummy.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization also features several interactive exhibits, including virtual reality displays that allow visitors to experience life in ancient Egypt. Additionally, the museum has an outdoor garden area with a large sculpture garden and a view of the Nile River.
