The Musée de l'Orangerie is an art museum located in the Tuileries Gardens in Paris, France. The museum is most famous for its collection of impressionist and post-impressionist paintings, particularly the water lilies series by Claude Monet.

The museum is housed in the Orangerie, a building that was originally used to shelter citrus trees during the winter months. The building was converted into a museum in the 1920s, and underwent extensive renovations in the 1960s and 2000s.

The Musée de l'Orangerie's collection includes works by some of the most famous names in art history, including Monet, Picasso, Renoir, Cézanne, Matisse, Modigliani, and many others. One of the most popular attractions is the oval-shaped rooms that house Monet's Water Lilies murals, which were specially created for the museum. The murals cover the walls of the two rooms, and are meant to create an immersive experience for visitors.

In addition to its permanent collection, the Musée de l'Orangerie also hosts temporary exhibitions throughout the year, with a focus on modern and contemporary art. The museum also offers educational programs, including workshops, lectures, and guided tours, as well as a bookstore and a café.
