Le Brévent is a mountain in the French Alps, located near the town of Chamonix in the Haute-Savoie department of France. It is part of the Mont Blanc massif and has a peak elevation of 2,525 meters (8,281 feet).
The mountain is popular for skiing and hiking, with numerous trails leading to the summit. One of the most popular routes is the Brévent-Flégère Traverse, which takes hikers on a scenic 12-kilometer (7.5-mile) trek across both mountains. There are also a number of ski runs and off-piste areas for more advanced skiers and snowboarders.
