Krka National Park is a popular tourist destination located in Croatia, in the vicinity of the city of Šibenik. The park was established in 1985 and is named after the Krka River, which is one of the park's most prominent features. The park covers an area of over 142 square kilometers and includes a series of seven waterfalls along the Krka River. The waterfalls are a popular attraction for visitors, with the largest and most impressive being Skradinski Buk.

In addition to the waterfalls, the park is also home to a variety of flora and fauna, including over 860 plant species and numerous species of birds, reptiles, and fish. Visitors can explore the park on a series of walking trails that take them through forests, meadows, and along the river. There are also several historical and cultural attractions within the park, including the Krka Monastery and the Skradinski Buk Ethno Village, which offer visitors a glimpse into the region's rich history and cultural heritage.

Visitors can also enjoy swimming in the river and taking boat trips to explore the park from the water. The park is open year-round, with different hours of operation depending on the season. Camping is not permitted within the park, but there are several nearby accommodation options available for visitors.
