Htilominlo Temple is a historic Buddhist temple located in the ancient city of Bagan in central Myanmar (Burma). It was built in the 13th century during the reign of King Htilominlo and is one of the largest and most impressive temples in Bagan.
The temple is made of red brick and stands over 46 meters tall, with several layers of terraces, topped by a large white stupa. The temple has four entrances, each guarded by a pair of large stone lions, and is decorated with intricate carvings and sculptures of Buddhist deities, mythical creatures, and scenes from daily life.
Inside the temple, there are several large Buddha statues, including a seated Buddha image on the ground floor and smaller images on the upper floors. The walls and ceilings are adorned with murals depicting scenes from the life of the Buddha and other Buddhist stories.
