The Duomo di Spoleto, also known as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, is a beautiful church located in the city of Spoleto in the Umbria region of Italy. Built in the 12th century, the cathedral is a fine example of Romanesque architecture, with a mix of Gothic and Renaissance elements.

The cathedral is particularly famous for its intricate façade, which features a rose window and a series of intricate sculptures, including scenes from the life of Christ and the zodiac. Inside the cathedral, visitors can admire a number of notable works of art, including frescoes by Filippo Lippi and Pinturicchio.

One of the most impressive features of the cathedral is its bell tower, which stands at over 75 meters tall and offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. Visitors can climb to the top of the tower to enjoy panoramic views of Spoleto and the surrounding countryside.

The Duomo di Spoleto is also home to a number of important religious relics, including the Holy Ring of St. Ansanus, which is said to have the power to cure blindness.
