The Divrigi Great Mosque and Hospital is a masterpiece of Islamic art and architecture located in the eastern Anatolian region of Turkey. It was constructed in the early 13th century during the reign of the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum and is considered one of the most important examples of Islamic architecture in Turkey.

The complex consists of two main buildings, the Great Mosque and the Hospital, both of which were built using the same materials and techniques. The mosque is a rectangular structure with a central dome and four smaller domes surrounding it. The Hospital is a rectangular building with a large central courtyard surrounded by rooms for patients and staff.

The exterior of both buildings is decorated with intricate stone carvings and ornate brickwork, while the interior is adorned with beautiful frescoes and mosaics depicting scenes from Islamic history and culture. The mosque also features a large mihrab, or prayer niche, indicating the direction of Mecca, and a minbar, or pulpit, from which the imam delivers sermons.

The complex was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985 in recognition of its outstanding universal value as an example of Islamic art and architecture. Today, it remains a popular destination for tourists and scholars interested in the history and culture of the region.
