The Church of St. Anne is a Roman Catholic church located in the Old Town of Vilnius, Lithuania. It is considered one of the most beautiful and impressive Gothic buildings in the city and is often cited as a masterpiece of Lithuanian Gothic architecture.

The church was constructed in the late 15th century and was originally part of a larger monastery complex. It is characterized by its red brick exterior, intricate vaulted ceilings, and ornate stained-glass windows. The church also features several decorative elements such as a carved stone altar and a pulpit decorated with intricate woodcarvings.

Legend has it that Napoleon Bonaparte, upon seeing the Church of St. Anne during his 1812 campaign against Russia, was so taken by its beauty that he ordered that the church be dismantled and transported back to France. However, this is considered to be a myth.

Today, the Church of St. Anne is a popular tourist destination and is often used as a venue for classical music concerts due to its excellent acoustics. It is also a functioning church and holds regular Masses and other religious services.
