Audubon Zoo is a popular zoo located in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. It was established in 1914 and is a part of the Audubon Nature Institute, a non-profit organization that operates a family of museums and parks in New Orleans.

The zoo covers an area of approximately 58 acres and is home to over 2,000 animals representing more than 300 species from around the world. Visitors can see a variety of animals including African elephants, lions, tigers, gorillas, orangutans, jaguars, and many more.

The zoo is also known for its many exhibits, including the Louisiana Swamp exhibit, which features alligators, turtles, snakes, and other animals native to Louisiana. The World of Primates exhibit showcases many different species of primates including lemurs, gorillas, and chimpanzees. The Jaguar Jungle exhibit allows visitors to get an up-close look at jaguars, and the sea lion exhibit features daily shows with the zoo's resident sea lions.

Audubon Zoo also offers a number of educational programs, camps, and events throughout the year, including animal encounters, behind-the-scenes tours, and summer camps for children.

In addition to the zoo, the Audubon Nature Institute also operates the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium, and Audubon Park and Riverview, all of which are located in New Orleans.
