The Tyre Necropolis, also known as the Necropolis of Tyre, is an ancient Phoenician cemetery located in the southern part of the city of Tyre in Lebanon. The necropolis dates back to the Roman era and was in use from the 2nd century BCE to the 4th century CE.

The site consists of a large number of rock-cut tombs, many of which are decorated with intricate carvings and inscriptions. The tombs vary in size and complexity, with some containing multiple chambers and others featuring elaborate facades.

The necropolis is particularly notable for its sarcophagi, which are among the finest examples of ancient Phoenician funerary art. Many of the sarcophagi are carved from local limestone and feature intricate reliefs depicting scenes from the lives of the deceased.

The Tyre Necropolis was rediscovered in the early 20th century and has been the subject of numerous archaeological studies and excavations. In 1984, it was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the "Tyre and its Necropolis" ensemble, which includes the city's ancient ruins and the surrounding necropolis.
