The Quito cable car, officially known as the TelefériQo, is a popular tourist attraction in Quito, Ecuador. It is a gondola lift system that takes passengers up the Pichincha Volcano, which is located in the Andes Mountains. The cable car was built in 2005, and is one of the highest aerial lifts in the world, with a maximum elevation of 4,100 meters (13,450 feet).

The TelefériQo has two stations: the lower station is located at 2,950 meters (9,678 feet) above sea level, while the upper station is located at the base of the Pichincha Volcano at 4,100 meters (13,450 feet) above sea level. The cable car ride takes approximately 20 minutes, and offers stunning views of the city of Quito, as well as the surrounding mountains.

At the upper station, visitors can enjoy hiking trails, horseback riding, and mountain biking. There is also a restaurant and a small museum that provides information about the Andean region and the Pichincha Volcano. The upper station is also the starting point for those who wish to climb the Pichincha Volcano, which is a popular activity for adventurous travelers.
