Haghpat Monastery, also known as Haghpatavank, is a medieval Armenian monastery complex located in the Lori Province of Armenia. The monastery was built in the 10th century, during the reign of the Bagratid dynasty, and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The monastery complex is made up of several buildings, including the Church of Surb Nshan, the Church of Surb Astvatsatsin, a bell tower, a refectory, and several khachkars (stone crosses). The architecture of the monastery is a mix of Armenian and Byzantine styles.

The Church of Surb Nshan (Holy Sign) is the largest building in the complex and is considered to be one of the best examples of Armenian religious architecture. The church has a rectangular plan with a dome in the center and is adorned with intricate carvings and frescoes.

The Church of Surb Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God) is another notable building in the complex, built in the 11th century. It has a cruciform plan and is also decorated with intricate carvings and frescoes.

The bell tower, located on the southern side of the complex, was built in the 13th century and stands at a height of 18 meters. It is one of the tallest medieval bell towers in Armenia.
