Chengde Mountain Resort, also known as Bishu Shanzhuang, is a vast imperial garden and summer resort located in Chengde, China. It was built during the Qing dynasty in the 18th century, and served as the imperial summer palace for several emperors of the Qing dynasty.

The resort covers an area of around 5.6 square kilometers and is known for its beautiful natural scenery, magnificent palaces, and intricate gardens. The complex includes a number of palaces, temples, pavilions, and gardens, which blend traditional Chinese architecture with Tibetan, Mongolian, and Manchu styles.

One of the most impressive structures in the complex is the Puning Temple, which was built in 1755 and is known for its giant wooden Buddha statue, which stands at 22.28 meters tall. Other notable attractions in the resort include the Palace of Universal Peace, the Tower of Mist and Rain, the Wanshuyuan (Garden of Ten Thousand Trees), and the Putuo Zongcheng Temple, which is modeled after the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet.

Chengde Mountain Resort was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1994, and is now a popular tourist destination in China, attracting millions of visitors each year.
