The Cathedral of Évora is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in the historic city of Évora, Portugal. It is one of the oldest and most important religious buildings in the country, and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1988. The cathedral was built between 1186 and 1204, during the reign of King Sancho I of Portugal, and was designed in a transitional style combining elements of Romanesque and Gothic architecture.
