The Cathedral of Brasilia is a modernist Roman Catholic cathedral located in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. It was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer and was completed in 1970. The cathedral is one of the most iconic buildings in Brasilia and is a popular tourist attraction.

The cathedral's design is based on a hyperboloid structure with 16 concrete columns that are inclined towards the center and support a circular roof with a diameter of 70 meters. The columns are covered with white mosaic tiles, while the roof is made of glass.

Inside the cathedral, visitors will find a peaceful and quiet space with natural light shining through the roof. The floor is covered in marble and the walls are made of white concrete. The altar is made of bronze and is located in the center of the building.

The cathedral is open to visitors every day and admission is free. Mass is held on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on special occasions such as Christmas and Easter. It is recommended to check the mass schedule before visiting.
