The Botanical Garden of the University of Bonn is a historic botanical garden founded in 1818. It is located in the Poppelsdorf district of Bonn, Germany, and covers an area of around 16 hectares. The garden is home to over 10,000 species of plants, including a large collection of tropical and subtropical plants, and serves as a research and teaching center for the University of Bonn's Department of Biology.

The garden features several greenhouses, including a tropical greenhouse, a desert house, and a Mediterranean greenhouse, which house a diverse collection of plants from around the world. Visitors can also explore outdoor gardens, including an arboretum, a rock garden, and a water garden.

One of the highlights of the garden is the Titan arum, also known as the "corpse flower," which produces one of the largest inflorescences in the world and emits a pungent odor resembling rotting flesh. The garden also has a collection of rare and endangered species of plants, including several species that are extinct in the wild.

In addition to its collection of plants, the garden offers educational programs and guided tours for visitors of all ages. The garden is open to the public year-round and admission is free of charge.
