The Bode Museum is a museum located on the Museum Island in Berlin, Germany. It is named after its first curator, Wilhelm von Bode. The museum houses a vast collection of sculptures and Byzantine art from the 3rd to the 20th centuries, as well as a collection of coins and medals.

The museum's collection of sculptures includes works from the early Christian period to the Baroque era, with a particular focus on Italian Renaissance sculpture. Among the notable works on display are the Byzantine ivory carvings known as the Throne of Maximian and the Barberini Ivory, a 6th-century Byzantine work depicting an imperial procession. The museum's coin and medal collection is one of the largest in the world, with over 500,000 objects spanning more than 2,500 years of human history.

The Bode Museum building itself is a work of art, with an impressive neoclassical façade and a spacious, light-filled interior. The museum is located on the northern tip of the Museum Island and is connected to the other museums by a series of underground passageways. Visitors can explore the museum's extensive collection of art and artifacts, as well as enjoy panoramic views of the city from the museum's upper level.
