Autoworld Brussels is a museum dedicated to automobiles and located in the southern part of the Parc du Cinquantenaire/Jubelpark in Brussels, Belgium. The museum houses a collection of over 250 vintage and classic cars from the late 19th century to the present day, as well as motorcycles and other related items.
The collection is displayed over four floors in a large, spacious hall, which was originally built in 1880 for the Brussels International Exhibition. The museum is divided into several different themed sections, including pre-1900 vehicles, vintage cars, racing cars, and the evolution of the automobile industry.
Some of the most notable vehicles in the museum's collection include the 1899 Renault Type B, the 1901 Panhard et Levassor, the 1930 Bugatti Type 46, and the 1958 Chevrolet Corvette. There are also exhibits dedicated to the history of Belgian car manufacturing, including the Minerva and FN brands, which were active in the early 20th century.
In addition to its permanent collection, Autoworld Brussels also hosts temporary exhibitions, events, and activities throughout the year, such as classic car shows, meetings of car clubs, and conferences on the history of the automobile. The museum is open seven days a week and is easily accessible by public transportation.
