The Arc de Triomf in Barcelona is a triumphal arch that was built in 1888 for the Universal Exposition. It is located in the Passeig de Lluís Companys, near the Parc de la Ciutadella, in the district of Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera. The arch was designed by the Catalan architect Josep Vilaseca i Casanovas, and it is a fine example of the eclectic architectural style that was popular in the late 19th century.

The Arc de Triomf is made of red brick and decorated with sculptures and reliefs. The arch is over 30 meters high and is richly decorated with motifs from Catalan history and culture. The central part of the arch has a frieze depicting allegorical scenes from the exposition, and the four pillars are decorated with sculptures of winged horses.

The Arc de Triomf has become a popular meeting place for locals and tourists, and it is also a popular spot for street performers and musicians. It is situated near other important landmarks, such as the Parc de la Ciutadella, the Barcelona Zoo, and the Estació de França railway station. The arch is also a popular starting point for walking tours of the city, as it is situated at the top of the popular Passeig de Lluís Companys, which leads down to the seafront.
