St. Andrew's Church is a historic 18th-century Orthodox church located in Kyiv, Ukraine. It was designed by the Italian architect Bartolomeo Rastrelli and built in the years 1747-1754, during the reign of Empress Elizabeth of Russia.

The church is built in the Baroque style and is known for its distinctive blue and white exterior. It is perched on a steep hill overlooking the historic district of Kyiv, and is one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. The interior of the church is similarly ornate, with frescoes and decorative elements that reflect the Baroque style.

Over the centuries, St. Andrew's Church has served as both a place of worship and a cultural center. During the Soviet era, it was closed for religious services and used for secular purposes, including as a museum of Ukrainian art. After the fall of the Soviet Union, it was returned to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and is now an active place of worship.

St. Andrew's Church is a popular tourist destination in Kyiv, known for its stunning architecture and sweeping views of the city. Visitors can tour the interior of the church, as well as the surrounding streets and historic district. The church is also a popular spot for wedding ceremonies and other special events.
