The Palace of Peace and Reconciliation is a pyramid-shaped building located in Nur-Sultan, the capital city of Kazakhstan. It was designed by the renowned British architect Norman Foster and completed in 2006.

The building is made of glass and steel and stands 77 meters tall, with a base diameter of 62 meters. It consists of a central hall and four floors of conference rooms, with a total floor space of 25,000 square meters. The pyramid-shaped design is said to symbolize the unity of different religions and cultures.

The Palace of Peace and Reconciliation is intended to be a global center for religious and cultural understanding. The building houses a 1,500-seat opera house, exhibition halls, and a museum of culture and history. It also contains facilities for the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, a high-level forum that brings together religious leaders from around the world to discuss issues of mutual concern.

One of the most striking features of the building is the stained-glass apex, which is shaped like a dove and lights up at night. The dove represents the desire for peace and reconciliation among people of different faiths and cultures.
