Dongzhai Port Nature Reserve is located in Henan province in China. It covers an area of 238 square kilometers and was established in 1979 to protect the endangered Golden Monkey. The reserve is characterized by lush vegetation, steep mountains, and deep valleys, making it an ideal habitat for a wide range of animal and plant species.

In addition to the Golden Monkey, Dongzhai Port Nature Reserve is also home to several other rare and endangered species such as the Chinese Pangolin, Clouded Leopard, Asian Black Bear, and Leopard Cat.
