The Castle of Pollenzo, also known as the Royal Castle of Pollenzo, is a historic building located in the town of Pollenzo, in the Piedmont region of Italy. The castle was built in the 1830s by the House of Savoy, who ruled the Kingdom of Sardinia at the time.

The castle was originally intended to be a hunting lodge for King Charles Albert, but it was later converted into a residence for the royal family. In the late 19th century, it was used as a summer residence by King Umberto I and Queen Margherita.

Today, the castle is part of the University of Gastronomic Sciences, which was founded by the Slow Food movement. It houses the university's administrative offices, classrooms, and the Banca del Vino, a wine cellar that features more than 500 Italian wines.

The castle is open to visitors, who can explore its elegant halls and rooms, admire its frescoes and paintings, and learn about its history and architecture. The castle also hosts cultural events, such as concerts, exhibitions, and conferences, and is a popular venue for weddings and other special occasions.
